Coman Tiebreak Procedure
If a set reaches 6 games all, a Coman Tiebreak should be played.
- The player whose turn it is to serve shall serve the first point from the RIGHT (deuce) court.
- After the first point, players shall switch ends and the opponent (following service rotation) shall be the server for the second and third points which are delivered from the LEFT court, then the RIGHT court (ad, deuce).
- Thereafter, each player shall serve alternately for two consecutive points (ad court, deuce court) until the winner of the tiebreak is decided.
- Players shall change ends after the first point and thereafter every 4 points (on the 5th, 9th, 13th, 17th point, etc) AND at the conclusion of the tiebreak. When changing ends during the tiebreak, players are not allowed a break; play is continuous. After the tiebreak is completed, the normal time between sets can be taken.
- The first team to reach seven points with at least a two point margin wins the tiebreak and the set. If the score reaches 6 points all, the tiebreak shall be extended until this margin (2 points) is achieved. Numerical scoring is used throughout the tiebreak.
- Players must serve in rotation.
- The team that served first in the tiebreak shall RECEIVE service in the first game of the following set.
- Switch ends at the conclusion of the tiebreak.

Instructions for Twitter
I know some of you are still having trouble getting twitter tweets. Below are the steps to make sure you get matchmaker tweets. Let me know after you do this and I’ll send out a test tweet. After that, if you still have trouble let me know and we will do something else for those of you that can’t get tweets. Try this though.
1. http://twitter.com/devices logon to your account on twitter and go to this link. you need to add your cell phone and then activate it. they will send a text message and you have to reply to it. if you see your number in this area then it should be set up.
2. In your twitter account, click following. This is a list of those tweets that you follow. Make sure you have matchmakers in that group. You should see a little cell phone under settings on the matchmaker line. I’ve attached a screen copy so you can see this. the little cell phone must be green next to matchmakers.
