1 CUP SKIM MILK
2 T DRY SF, FF, JELLO INSTANT PUDDING MIX
1 t VANILLA
1 HEAPING T FF COOL WHIP
8 ICE CUBES
BLEND FOR 45 SECONDS
you can add fruit. i use chocolate pudding and add banana. also add protein powder for extra protein before you play tennis.
